‘To Lovers and Lost Friends’ — at BIC

I’d submitted this comic following an open call for one-page comics and cartoons as part of their Environment Day program — 40 works were displayed there that Saturday. Thank you to those who made it there, and thank you to the friends who helped me in making this!

Some learnings after this:

• I probably needed more contrast in the drawing— the slightly muddy print didn’t help, either, but it was something I could’ve fixed on the rendering side.
• The font could have also had a higher contrast; it didn’t really stand out on the wall, at A4 size.
• Shreya mentioned that she liked this comic a lot out of the entries that were exhibited, and that was because the writing stood out for her— that was good to know, and it’s something I think I’ll build upon. Thanks, friend :-)
